Himachal Pradesh State Co-operative Bank Limited (HPSCB) has invited application on prescribed formet for the recruitment of Junior Clerk vacancies on contractual basis under 15% quota reserved for the trained Secretaries of Primary Agricultural Credit Societies and employees of other Cooperative Societies in the Bank. Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18 – 45 years (born between 01-01-1998 and 02-01-1971) as on 01-01-2016. Relaxation of age will be applicable up to 05 years for SC/ ST candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Matric with 45% marks or 10+2 with 40% marks or Graduation or above of a recognised University.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test.

Pay Scale : Rs.10300-34800/-

Application Fee: candidates should pay Rs. 600/- for Gen/ OBC/ Ex Servicemen/ WFF/ PH & RS. 500/- for ST/ SC/ IRDP/ Antodya by demand draft drawn in favour of HP State Cooperative Bank payable at Shimla.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application in prescribed format with attested copies of matriculation/ 10+2 and higher qualification certificate, experience certificate, caste certificate, resolution of managing committee of concerned society relating to his/ her appointment in the society, fee & an envelope should be super scribed with “Application for the Post of Jr Clerk against reserved quota of trained Secretaries of PACS/ employee of other Societies” by regd post to the General Manager, HP State Cooperative Bank Ltd, Head Office, the Mall, Shimla – 171 001 on or before 31-03-2016 by 05:00 p.m.

It is inform you that by Himachal Pradesh Board of Education Dharamshala,the exam for State Co-operative Bank conducting on 13 December 2015 in morning from 11 am to 2 pm for the 156 posts of Junior Clerk.The total 64255 candidates has filled the application form, from which 49522 candidates' application forms are found to be correctly.

It is found that 14733 candidates' application are half filled due to no details of the fee. If any of the candidates who paid the fee but not get the name in the Data Base can send the receipt to the Board on this mail id- ps.hpbose@gmail.com under three days, then roll no. can be issued.

HP State Cooperative Bank invites applications for 154 posts of clerk. The written exam will be conducted through Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education. The date for applying online starts from 13th November, 2015. According to news the written exam will be held on 13th December, 2105. The HP Board will conduct exam and screening will be done by Bank Authority.

Candidates belonging to all reserved categories should be bonafide Himachali only.
An Ex-serviceman will be as defined by the Department of Personnel, Govt. of H.P. and should belong to H.P.
The ward of Ex serviceman are not eligible for the posts advertised for Ex serviceman.
It may be noted that certificates issued/ obtained for inclusion in IRDP/OBC categories is on prescribed formats as made applicable by the state of HP from time to time.
The certificate of IRDP issued by the competent authority will not be valid if more than 6 month old and that of OBC should not be more than one year old and should be on latest prescribed format.

Five Simple Steps to Fill Online Application Form

Step 1: Click on New Registration link and fill the Online Application Form. Candidates are advised to note down his/her system generated Application Number. The candidate should supply all the details while filling the online Application Form and no columns shall be kept vacant. After successful submission of the data, Application number will be generated and it will be used to complete the remaining steps of the Application Form and also required for all future correspondence. For subsequent logins, candidate will be able to Sign In directly with his/her respective system generated Application Number and Date of Birth. This Application Number and Date of Birth are required for subsequent operation(s); hence the candidate should keep a printout of the same with him for ready reference. Printout option for system generated Application No. is available on Website.

Step 2: Candidate must upload his/her scanned images of Photograph and Signature. The scanned images of photograph, Signature should be in jpg/jpeg format only. Size of the photo image must be greater than 15 Kb and less than 20 Kb. Size of the signature image must be greater than 10 Kb and less than 15 Kb.

Step 3: Candidate has to print Fee Challan Voucher, the option of which is also available on the website. The candidate can take the printout of this Challan to the nearest bank branch. On this Challan Voucher candidate's pre-printed particulars alongwith Bank A/c No. etc. and system generated Application No. would be available to the candidate. The Examination Fee can be deposited by the candidate from any of the nearest Bank to the Board's Bank A/c which is already mentioned in the prospectus and also pre-printed on the Fee Challan Voucher. The candidate can take a printout of the same and take it to the nearest branch of any bank for making payment in HPSCB/KCCB Bank account online. Candidate can also submit fee through Net Banking or NEFT into any of the Board's KCCB or HPSCB Bank Account

Step 4: After depositing the fees in the Board bank A/c from the bank branch, candidate is required to enter the fee transaction and other fee details to be supplied by the branch concerned in the fourth part of the Application Form available on the website and Finally Submit the Application Form.

Step 5: After Final Submission of the Online Application Form, candidate will take printout of his/her Application Form, and after taking the printout will affix same copy of his/her passport size photograph which has earlier been scanned and uploaded by the candidate in the application form. The photograph will be pasted on the form and no stapling would be permissible. The candidate after affixing the photograph will put his/her signature on the downloaded application form and send it alongwith Receipt of Fee Challan Deposited to the S.O., Recruitment Cell, HP Board of School Education, Dharamshala (Kangra)-176213 by post or submit it directly at the counter of the Board office.
