Age Limit: Candidates age should be below 30 years for post 1, 2 as on 23-03-2016, between 20-25 years for post 3 to 8, 18-23 years for post 9 to 14 as on 01-08-2015. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent & must have passed the examination held by Nursing Council with 3 1/2 years course in General Nursing & Mid Wifery for post 1, Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent with Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy for post 3, Matriculation pass from recognized Board with relevant experience for post 10 to 14. Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on physical standard test, physical efficiency test, written test, trade test, screening of testimonials/ documents, medical examination.

Examination Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- for Group-B posts, Rs. 50/- for Group-C posts through SBI Challan or through Net Banking using Debit card/ Credit Card or through E-Challan of post office. No fee for SC/ ST/ Females & Ex-Servicemen candidates.

Nationality :
A candidate must be either:-
(a) A citizen of India, or
(b) A subject of Nepal, or
(c) A subject of Bhutan, or
(d) A Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before he 1st January, 1962, with the
intention of permanently settling in India, or
(e) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East
African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly
Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the
intention of permanently settling in India.
(f) Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) and (e) above shall be
a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the
Government of India.
Note: The application of a candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary, may
be admitted to the Examination but the offer of appointment will be give only after the
necessary eligibility certificate has been issued to him/ her by the Government of India.

Eligibility Conditions : 

Education Qualification:Candidates must have passed Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination from a board or university recognized by Central or State Government. Note : Two or Three year Diploma certificate in technical education done after 10th class is not equivalent to intermediate (10+2).

Skill Test (On computer): Dictation : 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute Transcription time :- 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi on computer

Pay Scale : The post carries pay in pay band of Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 2800/- (Minimum pay in pay band is Rs. 8,560/- P.M.). The post will carry Dearness allowance / House rent allowance / transport allowance / ration money, free accommodation, free uniform, free medical facilities, free leave pass once in a year during leave and other allowances as admissible under the rules in the Force.

Age Limits:  Between 18 to 25 years. (The crucial date for determining the age will be 1st March 2016, which is the closing date of application. Candidate should not have been born earlier than 02/03/1991 and not later than 01/03/1998).

Upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates


Selection Process : The recruitment shall be held in two phases as under:-
A. FIRST PHASE:Written examination.
B. SECOND PHASE:
(a) Physical Standard Test (PST)/Scrutiny of documents
(b) Skill test ( i.e. Stenography/short hand test) (On computers only and regulated through software) Dictation : 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute. Transcription time : 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi on computer. Note:- Mode/Procedure/Method for conducting skill test will be decided by the department.
(c) Medical examination Note:- The candidate will be allowed to appear in Second phase test subject to qualifying/ passing the first phase of this recruitment process.
